On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for an interim assignment. This is an exciting opportunity in a company with great potential, where the HR function is transitioning from a traditional personnel department to a more strategic level.

About the Position
- Role: HR Business Partner
- Duration: 3 months, until a permanent hire is in place
- Start date: January 2026
- Location: Mosjøen
- Workload: 100 %
Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and operational support for leaders in the organization. You will work closely with managers and contribute to the development of the HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
🔸Leadership support and coaching
🔸Follow-up on sick leave and related conversations
🔸Workforce planning – current and future needs
🔸Development initiatives and career opportunities
🔸Follow-up on employee engagement surveys
🔸Contribute to HR strategy and implementation of HR processes
🔸HR analysis and reporting

We are looking for someone who
🔸Has experience as an HRBP or in a similar role
🔸Enjoys working with both strategic and operational HR tasks
🔸Is confident in leadership dialogue and able to build trust
🔸Has a solid understanding of change management and cultural development
🔸Preferably lives in Mosjøen or is flexible to be physically present
