We have substantial knowledge of the Norwegian job market, and a broad experience in the HR-field including change management processes as well as individual coaching of personnel involved in down sizing. In addition to this we offer recruiting of HR-personnel at all levels for our clients, both temporarily through our concept HR for Hire, but also recruitment for permanent HR positions.
HR-huset has provided outplacement services in a variety of industries, ranging from small local companies to large multinational groups. The successful delivery of our services has led to a rather unique customer- and knowledgebase that makes us able to take on any assignment related to downsizing and outplacement. We work with companies such as Telia, Broadnet, Tech Mahindra Bertel O. Steen, Gjensidige, Lindorff, Canon etc.Through these assignments, we have gained a rather unique insight in the Norwegian job-market as such. We have assisted thousands of people in their transition to a new relevant job. Our success rate in helping our candidates is above 80%.
With our international partner Arbora, we have the capacity to deliver our outplacement service in over 25 countries. Arbora is a global alliance of leading providers of outplacement and career management services.
Our most important asset is the staff working in HR-huset; our knowledge and experience from various HR-related job positions, our integrity and our insight in outplacement processes, both from an organizational and an individual level. As of 2019, we are a staff of 8 colleagues, as well as a “free lance” pool of highly dedicated consultants.
