The Nordic HR team looks to strengthen the team with a new Compensation & Benefits Advisor!

The BNP Paribas CIB HR team provides HR services to the BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking entities in the Nordic region.

Today, the team includes the Head of HR for CIB in the Nordic region, 3 HR Business Partners and 1 HR officer located in Oslo and Stockholm. As the business is growing, we are strengthening the team with two new positions, a Comp & Ben advisor (to be based in Oslo) and a HR Talent Acquisition partner (to be based in Stockholm). As Comp & Ben Advisor, you will work closely with and be an integrated part of the HR team. You will also work closely with Comp & Ben teams internationally.

As BNP Paribas’ C&B Advisor, you will:
- provide input, control and validate monthly payroll and benefit administration processes for our 4 CIB entities
- provide support and advice the HRBPs on their full range of topics within the area of C&B
- will be the “go-to person” for questions linked to applicable legislation, social security, and public reporting requirements in the 4 countries
- you will provide tax and compensation assessments in connection with international recruitment and support the onboarding
- participate in the annual salary review process, by providing support for the decisions, preparing proposals and take part in the administration
- support internal and external salary and compensation benchmark processes
- professionally manage the already good and existing relationships with BNP Paribas external payroll partner and other external relationships, such as our pension and insurance providers e.g.

Work closely with internal partners, such as:
- central international C&B teams, by managing the internal personnel administration reporting requirements
- finance teams in the Nordics and centrally, to ensure accurate HR reporting and follow up on requests related to our payroll reporting and our budget process

We are looking for you who have:
- a bachelor’s or a master’s degree, preferably within accounting and/or HR administration
- +3 years of experience with payroll management from (at least) one Nordic country (if you have from more than one, it’s a plus!)
- experience from a similar role in an international environment
- english and nordic language proficiency (written and verbal)

Our new BNP Paribas C&B Advisor’s preferred location is Oslo, but other locations such as Stockholm and Copenhagen can be considered.
